Online Bill Payment
GPO's upgraded bill pay site is LIVE
In addition to a more user-friendly navigation, GPO’s new Online Bill Payment includes enhancements like the option to expedite payments, the ability to send payments directly to another account when you know the routing and account number, or send payments online through PayPal. Many of the new bill pay enhancements have come directly from our members’ feedback.
Items to note:
Any payee nicknames that were created in the old Member Bill Pay platform will now be displayed in new Bill Payment platform. If you would like to adjust the name click on the payee & change payee nickname.
If a payee was listed as Inactive in the old Member Bill Pay, it is now active in the new Bill Payment Platform. This was done to accommodate members wishing to view old payment history. If you wish to deactivate you may click on the payee and deactivate it.
The “Payment History prior to July 22, 2013” can be found in the upper right hand corner of the Bill Payment site.
*Online Bill Payment is free when used once every 3 months. If inactive for 3 months, a $3 per month fee will be assessed. After 6 months inactive, bill payment will be disabled and removed from our system.
